📜 Terms and Conditions

1. Use of Services: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. Misuse of content or platform features is prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property: All content is owned by Engineer Academy or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without permission is forbidden.
3. Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for your login credentials and must report unauthorized use immediately.
4. Payment and Access: Course fees must be paid in full before access. Access is non-transferable.
5. Limitation of Liability: Engineer Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Changes to Terms: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

📜 الشروط والأحكام

1. استخدام الخدمات: يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل أو حاصلًا على موافقة ولي الأمر. يُمنع إساءة استخدام المحتوى أو الميزات.
2. الملكية الفكرية: جميع المحتويات مملوكة لأكاديمية المهندس أو الجهات المرخصة. يُمنع النسخ أو التوزيع دون إذن.
3. مسؤولية الحساب: أنت مسؤول عن بيانات الدخول ويجب الإبلاغ عن أي استخدام غير مصرح به.
4. الدفع والوصول: يجب دفع الرسوم كاملة قبل الوصول. لا يمكن نقل صلاحية الوصول.
5. حدود المسؤولية: لا تتحمل الأكاديمية أي مسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة.
6. تعديل الشروط: يحق لنا تعديل الشروط في أي وقت. استمرار الاستخدام يُعد قبولًا.

🔄 Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility: Refunds apply only if less than 10% of the course is completed and requested within 2 days after deducing 20% admin fees
2. Request Process: Email info@engineeracademy.net with your order and reason. We’ll respond within 3 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items: Downloadable, certificates, and completed courses are non-refundable.
4. Course Cancellation: If cancelled by Engineer Academy, a full refund is issued.

🔄 سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد

1. شروط الاسترداد: يُسمح بالاسترداد إذا لم يتم اجتياز أكثر من 10٪ من الدورة، ويُطلب خلال2 أيام بعد خصم مصاريف إدارية 20% 
2. طريقة الطلب: أرسل بريدًا إلى info@engineeracademy.net مع تفاصيل الطلب والسبب. سنرد خلال 3 أيام عمل.
3. العناصر غير القابلة للاسترداد: المواد القابلة للتحميل، الشهادات، والدورات المكتملة غير قابلة للاسترداد.
4. إلغاء الدورة: إذا ألغت الدورة من قبل الأكاديمية، يتم استرداد المبلغ كاملًا.
